Is SIL-CELL® compatible with resins?

Yes. The SIL-CELL® microsphere integrates seamlessly into thermosetting resins (epoxy, polyester, polyurethane) as well as thermoplastics.

It does not chemically react with organic or mineral binders, ensuring long-term stability. Its neutral pH and inert nature guarantee no interaction with additives or curing agents.

It can be used as-is or surface-treated (with coupling agents) to enhance adhesion in complex matrices. Its behavior remains stable even under thermal cycling or mechanical stress.
