Yes, GRANUTEC® vermiculite is highly suitable for lightweight, insulating, and fire-resistant concrete. Mixed with Portland cement and water, it forms a lighter and more thermally efficient concrete without compromising mechanical strength.
This concrete is used for roofing, slabs, screeds, or precast elements. It combines ease of handling, fire resistance and low thermal conductivity.
